The Quality control department is responsible for analyzing and releasing the Raw Material, Packaging Material, Intermediate products and Finished Goods. Our Processing section is well equipped with the latest technologies to complement the manufacturing process. Though all process religiously follows the instruction mentioned in ancient manuscripts, the incorporation of modern technologies enables us to enhance production capacity and retains the purity of the herbs and plants used, without compromising quality. The major activities of quality Control function are :

  • Ensuring compliance to GMP and other regularly requirements.
  • Incoming inspection of Raw Materials
  • Incoming Inspection of packaging Materials
  • DM Water analysis at different stages of stream
  • Review of Batch production records, in-process test results, finished products test results and release of products for distribution
  • Intermediate product and Finished Good analysis
  • Monitor Quality of inputs and products at various stages of manufacturing
  • Monitoring the Cleaning & Sanitization activities at Manufacturing and Production
  • Monitoring the records of Manufacturing & Sanitization Process
  • Evaluate and validate Master formulae
  • Evaluated and approve validation Products
  • Stability studies of any new or existing products
  • Maintain and update all documents in accordance with Statutory/regulatory Requirement
  • Conduct and evaluate training for QA personnel
  • Monitoring & controlling of Equipment Calibration
  • Evaluate and approve vendors and contract testing laboratories
  • Self-inspection/Internal Audit of facility and plant operation.
  • Market complaint evaluation.
